First things first: I ship everywhere in the world!
There are two options to send your payment:
- bank transfer directly from your bank account
- or send a private payment from your PAYPAL account
Please note that for an internationally sent payment from your bank account, your bank might charge a fee.
And here is how it works:
As soon as you decided which item you want to buy, send an E-Mail to
Your E-Mail has to contain the following information:
- both product title and article number
- which country you live in
- in which currency you’d like to pay
- how you want to pay (bank transfer or PayPal)
If the product is still available, I’ll send you a confirmation E-Mail with your payment details and everything you need to know. Only then will I ask you for your address.
Please send your payment within 6 working days. As soon as your payment arrives, I will ship your order (within 2-3 working days).
Note: All currencies other than EUR, GBP, and USD, will be converted from EUR.
I always try to keep my shipping costs as low as possible, so you’re assured that other than a small charge for packaging, you’re paying for postage only.
You know a better/cheaper way of shipping? I’m always open for requests.
NEW: All product descriptions contain shipping information for the displayed product!
Since I figured that the old system of displaying shipping sizes rather than the actual costs in the product description was actually a bit confusing after all, I gave up on that.
From now on, shipping will be directly displayed in the description.
No matter how many items you buy, you will always ever be charged for shipping ONLY ONCE!
Since shipping costs are based on size and weight of the items, I’ll charge you the amount of the item with the highest shipping, all other products will be shipped for free!
Insured shipping is always possible as an extra option, please tell me if you want to add this to your order.
Shipping insurance is always an additional 3,60 € (3,00 GBP / 4,70 USD) per order.
Bear in mind that without insurance, I can not be liable if your order is lost or damaged during transport. To be fair: I’ve never lost anything in the mail and I pack my products with greatest care, but to have a 100% guarantee, insured shipping is recommended.
